In the article, Zachary shares his personal and professional journey, from his college years at Texas A&M University to his diversified work experience at leading companies and finally the launch of Montgomery Legal in 2022.
"Well, before college, I knew that I wanted to be a Texas attorney; however, I also wanted to ensure that I had a firm business background before I started my legal journey. I attended Texas A&M University where I earned two degrees: a bachelor’s in Business Honors and Accounting and a master’s in Management Information Systems."
Despite facing numerous challenges, including layoffs due to corporate downsizing and the COVID-19 pandemic, Zachary's relentless perseverance led him to start Montgomery Legal.
"My decision to start my own law firm was not made lightly but based on conversations with trusted mentors, a lot of research, and relentless prayer."
He describes the ethos behind Montgomery Legal, highlighting its unique approach that sets it apart from typical law firms:
"[Montgomery Legal] is a law firm located in the North Dallas area and serves clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex... [Montgomery Legal] is notably different than the typical law firm... The firm offers consultations for free. Fees for most services are fixed, so the firm is not incentivized to nickel and dime clients for every little task."
The journey to where he is now, Zachary recounts, involved overcoming various obstacles. But it’s these very challenges that have molded him into the attorney he is today.
